Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the chemical plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of 6 years in managing or supervising manufacturing plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in chemical manufacturing.
