Do you have a knack for details, enjoy working with customers and want to be part of a team that brings ideas to life?
At PIP Printing of Alaska, we’re on the hunt for a high energy, detail-oriented Front Counter Receptionist to serve as the face of our large-scale printing company. In this pivotal role, you will do much more than manage the front desk; you will act as the vital link between our customers, sales team, and production department.
No experience? No problem! If you’re curious, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Experience: Managing the front desk, answering calls, and providing direct support to customers with professionalism and respect.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales staff by generating estimates, processing orders, and handling billing through credit card transactions and invoicing.
- Project Coordination: Acting as a liaison with the production department to ensure every project is completed in a timely manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Learning the ins and outs of our cutting-edge printing technology and fully utilizing our specialized computerized estimating software.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of business-to-business sales, operations and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Good skills in communication, both in person, over the phone and through email.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Computer (both PC & Mac) experience and ability to learn to use our point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, challenging environment.
- Good command of MS Office Products.
