Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Bag food items.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Operate the Toast POS system to process orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and dining space.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is a plus.
- 1 year of counter service or waiting tables
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
