Job Details
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Position:
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients safely and effectively
- Operate specialized equipment for nuclear medicine imaging procedures
- Prepare and explain procedures to patients, addressing any concerns they may have
- Monitor patient safety during procedures, ensuring their well-being at all times
- Record and analyze images for diagnostic results, providing accurate interpretations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality guidelines
- E nsure compliance with safety regulations regarding radioactive materials, prioritizing patient and staff safety
- Stay updated with advancements in nuclear medicine, applying new knowledge and techniques to improve patient outcomes
