Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced e-bike mechanic to lead one of our electric bicycle retail stores. As the mechanic, you will be responsible for all the repairing, assembling of e-bikes, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers have a top-tier shopping experience, as well as driving sales performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s inventory, coordinating promotional activities, and delivering on business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining e-bikes
- Achieve sales targets and grow store revenue through proactive sales strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring store cleanliness
- Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store performance
- Coordinate with the corporate office on product promotions, store displays, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as bike or e-Bike mechanic preferred.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
