2026 Summer College Internship Program
We are now accepting applications for our 2026 Summer College Internship Program! We are seeking current undergraduate students (class of 2027 or 2028), as well as students pursuing advanced degrees.
This full-time, 10-week, paid internship will take place on-site at our Headquarters office in Colonie, NY. Students will experience substantive project work, weekly development workshops facilitated by business unit leaders, community volunteer opportunities, and mentorship from members of our Executive Leadership Team.
Internship opportunities may be available in the following areas:
- Retail Banking
- Project Management & Business Analytics
- Marketing
- Information Technology
- Financial Crimes Compliance
- Banking Operations
- Accounting
- Commercial Credit/Portfolio Management
- Wealth Management
