Overview
A part-time administrative assistant is needed to provide general office support. The position is Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is fully in-office.

Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, handling basic administrative tasks, and maintaining a consistent presence during office hours. On Thursdays, the role will also include checking the mail and performing light site visits to observe and document any visible maintenance concerns.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Previous office or field experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take messages as needed
  • Respond to basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate contact
  • Maintain a consistent in-office presence during scheduled hours
  • Check the mail in Ketchum, Sun Valley & Hailey post offices
  • Handle phone etiquette with professionalism
  • Perform weekly site visits to observe and document any visible maintenance concerns
  • Record and communicate findings from site visits
  • Be comfortable learning and using a new software system
  • Assist the owner with managing and responding to emails
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and general office management

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including email and internet use
  • Willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Attention to detail, especially when documenting site visits
  • Professional, courteous phone manner
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for weekly site visits
  • Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required
