We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the exciting field of wealth management and will require being in office around three days weekly, with the other days work from home.
Role Description
The Client Service Associate at Pioneer Wealth Management Group holds a vital, foundational role.
In this role, you will be integral to maintaining the high standard of service clients receive. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will support the firm's goal of delivering exceptional client experiences. By handling the operational aspects of client accounts and providing administrative support, you will help ensure clients' financial plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
We are seeking an individual who loves all things Client Service-related and who is comfortable in remaining in the the department for a chunk of time. There will be opportunity to grow in the CSA department through various tracks within the department.

Position Functions
1. Handles all tasks related to custodians, such as: opening accounts, being aware of alerts and new account transfers, move money, client custodian issues/service and client custodian maintenance.
2. Communicates effectively with clients concerning their investment accounts.
3. Assists clients with 401k to IRA Rollover along with IRA Attestation.
4. Handles next steps for custodian alerts when able or makes the advisor aware.
5. Maintains client’s CRM and portfolio management details, such as: contact information, contact details, Orion householding and possibly in Eclipse model portfolios.
6. Can run scheduled and ad-hoc reports and utilize workflows and automations in the CRM and portfolio management systems. Schedule reports include but are not limited to quarterly advisor revenue reports, investment performance and client metrics.
7. May assist with meeting follow-up actions that are CRM or custodian-related as directed by Wealth Advisor or Senior Wealth Advisor.
8. May assist with custodian billing along with reconciliation.
9. May assist with Investment Policy Statements, Service Agreements and other documents in PandaDoc.
10. Works cooperatively with Wealth Management department and/or advisor to communicate needs in custodian accounts.
11. May maintain and organize Box office files in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date.

13. Assists with firm projects as assigned by supervisor or partners.

Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in financial services is a plus
- Experience with a Registered Investment Advisor is preferred
- Experience with Schwab is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus
- College degree is a plus
