This is a full-time, on-site position located in Syracuse, NY. The Front Office Assistant will manage day-to-day front desk operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with general administrative tasks, and performing clerical duties. The role will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all. The position will also involve supporting internal teams with organizational assistance and maintaining office workflow efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Experience in administrative assistance and general clerical skills, including organizing, filing, and data entry.
- Proactive attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.
