What We're Looking For
- A valid plumbing license and 2 years of solid experience
- Confidence to handle anything from drips to full repipes
- A communicator who plays nice with dispatch and customers
- Someone who shows up, gets it done, and has fun doing it
- Competitive pay – your talent deserves it. This role typically earns $70,000–$120,000 /year, depending on experience, licenses, and performance. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus performance pay.
