What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and continuously enhance the Zucca platform (frontend & backend)
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to define, prioritize, and execute impactful features
• Build intuitive, responsive client-side web applications for high-volume production use
• Create and maintain robust backend systems supporting Zucca's core features
• Own your projects end-to-end, managing individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  
  

We're Excited About You Because:

• You have 4 years of experience in software development, including strong proficiency with React, NodeJS, and AWS
• You're genuinely curious about generative AI, with experience or strong eagerness to dive deep into prompt engineering and related technologies
• You're an excellent communicator, comfortable working asynchronously and collaborating effectively in a hybrid or fully remote environment
• You're comfortable with ownership and autonomy, able to independently drive projects forward while proactively communicating progress and challenges
• You bring a pragmatic mindset, balancing quality with speed, focused on delivering value to users quickly
• You're a generalist who thrives in an early-stage startup environment, equally excited to tackle both frontend UI challenges and backend complexities
• You have leadership qualities, ready to guide architectural decisions, influence team hiring, and mentor future junior engineers
