Siding/window/door Installer

Pioneer Siding Company is looking for an experienced siding installer to join our crew. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of professional siding installation experience who is confident and capable of siding a house from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate should be able to work independently, understand proper installation practices, and produce clean, professional-quality work without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete siding installations from tear-off through final installation and cleanup
• Properly install vinyl siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and related exterior components
• Install house wrap, foam insulation, flashing, and other weatherproofing materials
• Properly lay out siding and plan installations around windows, doors, corners, rooflines, and other details
• Bend and install aluminum trim using a brake
• Identify rot, water damage, or other underlying issues during tear-offs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
• Communicate well with the owner and other crew members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of siding installation experience required
• Must be capable of siding a house from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of proper siding, flashing, trim, and weatherproofing techniques
• Must be comfortable working from ladders, pump jacks, and staging
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and able to show up consistently
• Must take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Experience installing replacement windows and exterior doors is a plus
• Additional exterior remodeling/carpentry experience is also a plus

Compensation & Position

Pay: $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
