Pioneer Property Management, Inc. is looking for a Cleaning person to join our team in Lisle, IL!
Job Summary:
As our Cleaning person, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities in a manner that maintains the health and safety of our employees and residents.
Reports To:
This role reports to the Property Manager.
Supervision:
This role has no supervisory duties.
Functions/Responsibilities:
· Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and walls
· Clean and disinfect various items including but not limited to sinks, counter tops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, and refrigerators within break rooms and common areas
· Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms and kitchens
· Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners
· Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas; pick up trash from residents
· Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting
· Assist with unit turns including painting, moving appliances and furniture
· Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
· Proven cleaning experience
· Ability to commute to and from work
