Job Summary
The maintenance technician will be responsible for completing general maintenance of the property and individual units.
Reports To:
This role reports to the Property Manager.
Supervision:
This role has no supervisory duties.
Functions/Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion
- Make ready apartments for leasing
- Snow removal and landscaping maintenance including mulching, watering, weed control and litter pick up
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- On-call duties as needed
Competencies:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent
