Maintenance & Landscaping Technician
Pioneer Property Maintenance – Casper, WY
$18–$20 an hour – Full-time
Job Summary: This position is responsible for general building maintenance, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep. You’ll help ensure the refinery grounds and facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable. This role includes hands-on repairs and oversight of janitorial standards.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- On-call: Occasionally required
- Location: On-site in Casper, WY
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance (basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Seasonal grounds care: mowing, trimming, leaf cleanup, snow/ice removal
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Oversee janitorial quality and delegate tasks to janitorial staff
- Respond to maintenance issues and complete repair work orders
- Maintain records and follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- MUST pass a background check
- MUST pass a drug test and comply with random screenings per HFS's discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

We’re a small but hardworking team with strong values, and we’re currently looking for a Maintenance & Landscaping Technician to join us on-site at the HF Sinclair Refinery in Casper, WY.
