We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management and general office duties. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support talent management initiatives by assisting in performance evaluations and career development programs.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage office actives and assist other departments as needed
