Responsibilities include:
- Completing resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition
- Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
- Collaborating with providers, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants
- Responding to changes in resident condition and emergencies
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Building trusting relationships with residents and families
- Helping create a positive, resident-centered environment
What We're Looking For
- Current Oregon RN license
- CPR certification
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply

Base Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
