We are currently seeking an experienced new team member for our Customer Service/Order Entry department. The right person will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations of this fast growing part of our company. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a role within a fast-paced organization, who is not afraid to multitask and presents strong communication, organizational and attention to detail. Being bilingual is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service/order entry experience or a relevant associate's/bachelor's degree (required)
- Experience using QuickBooks/MS Office (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Order entry and processing
- Phone, Chat and Website Support
- Processing customer inquiries
- Communicating with other departments
Work Schedule:
40 hours, Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
