Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries or demos
- Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales and improve customer experience
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment
- Support inventory management through stocking and product replenishment efforts
- Maintain inside and front clean
Requirements
- No experience needed Will train
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or assisting customers
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in retail environments is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculation
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
