- Machine and inspect parts and tooling from detailed blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.
- Run mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, jig bores, and VTLs; complete precise setups and light repairs.
- Use algebra, geometry, and shop math to calculate offsets, clearances, and fits.
- Measure with micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and surface gauges to hold specification.
- Keep your area organized and hazard‑free while meeting quality and throughput targets.
- Trade school/community college credential; or 2 years related experience/training; or equivalent background.
- Ability to read/interpret technical procedures plus company, customer, and governmental specs and regulations.
- Hands‑on familiarity with Okuma, Hyundai, Bullard VTL, and Fanuc controls (or similar).
- Strong communicator who can present information and field questions from managers and peers.
- Knowledge of bearing‑related manufacturing/repair, cutting fluids, finishes, tolerances, turning, drilling, milling, and abrasive processes.
- Understanding of steels, nonferrous metals, and common alloys.
- Confidence reading complex technical drawings.
- Manual machining proficiency is required; military experience is a plus.

- Day Shift (Tues–Fri, 10 hours): $22.00 – $32.00
- 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 10 hours): $26.00 – $35.00
- Weekend Shift (Fri–Mon, 10 hours): $28.00 – $35.00
