Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Checkout Administrator to join our team. Weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the checkout and sales process
- Promote services and products with confidence and professionalism
- Close sales and support the team in achieving revenue goals
- Process payments, invoices, receipts, refunds, and transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships
- Handle high-volume transactions while working efficiently under pressure
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
- Coordinate appointments, orders, and follow-up communications
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Support daily administrative and front desk operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, checkout, or administrative support preferred
