What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration and / or purchasing within a plant or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Vendor relationship management experience
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
