As a Tooling Tech, you’ll:

Build and adjust racking for specific customer products.
- This helps maximize load density and efficiency.
- Work with various teams to develop tools that improve quality and efficiency.
- Communicate delays in tooling development needs to the teams that are impacted by the delay.
- Be a critical part of the team in identifying irregularities and malfunctions.
- Preform various operations such as drilling, milling, tapping, grinding, etc.

What to expect on the job:
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
- Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
- Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
- A team-oriented environment where attitude matters
What makes you a great candidate for the role?
- 1-2 years related experience preferred.
- Fabrication and welding experience
- Highly motivated and creative
- Accurately communicate through both oral and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
