Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a mechanically-inclined and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the hard chrome plating process to ensure our customers receive a quality part.
Overview
When You’ll Work:Friday through Sunday, 6:00pm to 6:20am
What You’ll Make:$20.00 / hour to $21.50 / hour *Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment.*Weekends: work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!
What You’ll Do: - Operate all plating equipment, hand trucks, and overhead cranes- Fabricate jigs and fixtures for parts using hand and air power tools- Read micrometers, thickness gages, and profilometers- Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipping - Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
