About the Role
As an AT&T Direct Sales Representative, you’ll receive expert training to confidently guide each customer through AT&T’s wireless options. Your mission as an AT&T Direct Sales Representative is to build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide solutions that enhance how people stay connected. Every customer interaction matters — from introducing new services to ensuring accurate account setup and documentation.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct residential outreach within assigned territories to promote AT&T’s wireless services as an AT&T Direct Sales Representative
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
- Manage customer enrollments and maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up with customers and leads to ensure consistent communication and satisfaction
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Direct Sales Representatives and leadership to meet and exceed performance goals
- Represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude in every interaction
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED (required); sales or outreach experience is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills to connect with customers and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field as an AT&T Direct Sales Representative
- Attention to detail for precise CRM documentation and customer accuracy
- Reliable transportation for travel within assigned areas
- Drive and enthusiasm to exceed goals and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
