Right now, we’re looking to hire energetic individuals to bring best-in-class wireless solutions to a territory in Salt Lake City. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of AT&T who greets customers, recommends AT&T plans and devices, and completes enrollments in a residential setting. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for those who love helping people and hitting goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Actively engage customers in person and over the phone to understand needs and present AT&T residential wireless plans.
- Close sales and complete accurate enrollments while explaining plan features, pricing, and device options.
- Build rapport and follow up with prospects to secure commitments and referrals — because excellent customer service drives repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments in our CRM and follow all AT&T enrollment and compliance procedures.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets; participate in team huddles and strategy sessions.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and assist customers with plan changes or device questions; escalate technical issues appropriately.
- Contribute to a positive team environment—share leads, best practices, and support teammates during high-volume periods.
What You Need To Bring:
- Customer-facing or sales experience preferred (wireless or retail is a bonus, not a must).
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and explaining options clearly.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results — this is a performance-driven role.
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and basic sales or CRM tools.
- Positive, customer-first attitude with a professional approach.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass required screenings.
