As a Principal Consultant on our Data & Analytics team you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. With a breadth of experience across the data analytics ecosystem, this role will focus primarily on partnering closely with client stakeholders to support Power App Development.
You will drive the design and implementation of low-code solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into function Canvas and Model-Driven apps. The apps will automate processes, and ensure seamless data integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
The estimated salary range for this role is $123,000 - $185,000 annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance. You will drive the design and implementation of low-code solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into function Canvas and Model-Driven apps. The apps will automate processes, and ensure seamless data integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Client Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with our clients to support business initiatives, scoping new work, leading technical teams, developing proposals and SOWs
- Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom Canvas and Model-Driven apps tailored to business needs.
- Workflow Automation: Build and optimize automated business processes using Power Automate and Logic Apps.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server for data modeling and secure storage.
- Integration: Create custom connectors and integrate apps with third-party APIs or other Microsoft services like Dynamics 365 and Teams.
- Visualization: Develop interactive Power BI dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
- Governance & Maintenance: Troubleshooting issues, ensuring app security, and maintaining documentation for end-users.
- Requirements & Analysis: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine requirements; facilitate workshops; and prioritize features and enhancements aligned to business objectives.
- 5 years professional experience focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate
- 10 years consulting experience
- Proven ability to lead technical teams through complex initiatives
- Strong executive presence and client-facing skills
- Experience developing proposals and SOWs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Advanced Power App development experience (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Custom Pages) with a strong portfolio of applications
- Power Automate expertise, including complex workflows, approvals, RPA integrations, and API-driven automation
- Energy & Infrastructure Industry expertise is a plus
