Landscape - Hardscape Foreman

Hardscape Foreman:We are searching for a talented and experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team.  Must have a minimum of 3 years of hardscape installation experience.Responsibilities:Manage design/ build installations with a concentration on hardscapes/landscapes to include pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fireplaces, landscape lighting, tree/plant installation, etc.  Job duties to include the following:·  Work alongside the sales team and our clients to ensure successful project installations.·  Read and interpret designs and plans·  Train and develop your crew on all aspects of hardscape/landscape installations.·  Transport necessary machinery to job sites.·  Manage crew on the jobsite to meet or beat budgeted job hours.  ·  Maintain the company’s daily safety standards.·  Ensure the best quality on every hardscape/landscape project.·  Perform necessary maintenance on equipment and tools.Requirements: ·  Must be able to operate equipment including skid steers with attachments and/or mini excavators.·  Must have a minimum of 3 years of hardscape/landscape installation experience.·  Strong knowledge of all aspects of hardscape installation.·  High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.·  Clean driving record  Pay - $30.00-$40.00 depending on experience Benefits Available after 90 days.-Medical Insurance-IRA/401k(employer match)-Paid Holidays-Paid Time off-End of Season Bonus Company DescriptionPioneer Landscaping LLC, established in 2012, excels in bringing to life, professional and quality landscapes in the greater Columbus region.
