We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Snow Plow Operators to clear assigned routes during winter snowstorms. This is an on-call, seasonal position that requires absolute reliability and the ability to work under demanding conditions. Qualified applicants will be strongly considered for full-time seasonal work when our spring landscaping season begins.
- Safely and effectively operate snow removal equipment and trucks to clear assigned routes.
- Monitor and adapt to changing weather and road conditions to ensure safety and quality results.
- Efficiently clear commercial and/or residential properties to meet strict company standards.
- Operate salt/sanding equipment if applicable.
- Proven experience operating snow plow equipment.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to get to work or the equipment yard during severe weather.
- Absolute availability: Must be available 24/7 on an on-call basis during all winter storms, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to work the entire duration of a snow event.
- Must be able to work long hours in extreme, harsh winter weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift more than 80 lbs regularly.
- Having a truck/plow combination or salter capability is a major plus.
- Pay is highly competitive and based entirely on experience.
