Market Expansion
- Identify, target, and engage with potential clients within designated markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, showcasing our product expertise
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Pioneer Industrial's product categories.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients.
- Knowledge specific to Pumps and Mechanical Seals is required.
- Customer knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial market is desired.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and precise responses to client inquiries.
- Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales performance and opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote Pioneer Industrial's products and services.
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and key decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in industrial sales, with a focus on similar product categories.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industrial processes.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
