Compensation
New hires typically start between $33.49 and $44.66 hourly depending on experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.

What You'll Do
Provide evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment services; complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and documentation; facilitate individual and group counseling; collaborate with community partners and multidisciplinary teams; maintain compliance with agency, state, and funder requirements; participate in supervision, training, quality assurance, and clinical leadership activities; provide clinical supervision when applicable; promote client safety, recovery, and professional standards of care.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field with curriculum related to counseling and psychology.
Must possess current mental health clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LASW, LICSW).
2 years’ experience post Master’s Degree in order to provide clinical supervision to interns.
Must be able to obtain & maintain AAC credential within 60 days of hire per WAC requirements.
Employees operating vehicles on PHS business must meet driving and insurance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Meets qualifications to be an Approved Supervisor in accordance with WAC 246-809-134.
SUDP/SUDPT (dually credentialed).
Valid driver's license and insurance if required by the work location.
