Compensation
New hires for this position typically start between $28.08 and $35.10 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you'll do
Facilities Services supports Pioneer’s mission by ensuring that its building and facilities are safe, efficient, and sustainable so the organization’s programs and operations can thrive. The Maintenance Technician III position requires advanced skills and is responsible for the repair and remodel of PHS facilities and capital improvement projects. The Maintenance Technician III oversees a work crew and directs work on the jobsite.

What You'll Bring (required Qualifications)
- Minimum five years of experience in construction remodel, facility maintenance, residential or commercial tenant improvement
- Minimum two years of experience leading a team of 1-2 direct reports.
- Must possess a valid driver license and qualify as a PHS Approved Driver.
- Completion of a construction apprenticeship program.
- OSHA 10 certificate.
