Location: [Bloomfield, IA]
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Owner
About us
Johnson Ag Supply is an independent Pioneer® seed dealership serving growers in / farmers across southern Iowa and Northern Missouri. We help our customers make sound seed decisions and stand behind those decisions season after season. As we grow, we're adding a key role to help us run a tighter operation and take even better care of the customers who walk through our door.
About the role
The Operations Coordinator keeps the business running day to day. You'll be the person on-site while the owner is out visiting customers — answering the phone, greeting walk-ins, processing orders, coordinating seed deliveries, and keeping records and inventory in order. Roughly 80% of the role is operations and customer service; 20% is sales support — helping close orders that come in the door, following up on quotes, and building relationships with our customer base.
This is a great fit for someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and enjoys being the go-to person customers rely on.
