Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including campaign structure, ad groups, and ad copy to improve engagement and lead generation
- Utilize Dynamic Keyword Insertion search term analysis, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking and reporting within Google Ads to measure effectiveness and guide optimization decisions
- Monitor campaign and marketing performance metrics, using data insights to improve strategy and maximize ROI
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital and traditional marketing efforts
- Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth
- Leverage paid search, Local Services Ads (LSA), and other digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and audience reach
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution across digital channels
- Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting
- Knowledge of search term analysis, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization techniques
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Google Ads Search Certification (preferred)
