What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Instructor position at Pioneer Gymnastics?
Pioneer Instructors should believe in teaching through positive reinforcement, with an emphasis on making a wonderful experience for each and every student. Instructors can teach Tiny Stars (18mos - 3 years), Preschool (3&4 yrs) or Recreational (5 ) classes or a combination of classes depending on what you love to do!
Strong candidates are teachers with good time management skills who can keep the class energized and moving while making sure each child receives the individual attention necessary to progress.
We are always looking for people who love children, who are positive, who are motivated by progress and those that can deliver on our mission to inspire, unlock and enable each and every child’s potential.
Advantages - Previously done gymnastics/tumbling/cheer, Has coached gymnastics or tumbling before, is/was a teacher for 2 years - 14 year olds. Someone who reaches out not just on indeed.
