About the Role
Pioneer GMP Consulting is supporting a major initiative for a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturer and is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience in combination products, medical devices, and pharmaceutical packaging.
This role plays an essential part in coordinating cross-functional activities for a combination product and vaccine-related program. The environment is fast-paced, structured, and highly collaborative, requiring someone who can organize workstreams, follow up effectively, and keep timelines on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities related to combination products, medical devices, or pharma packaging
- Support packaging, labeling, documentation, and operational workflows across multiple functions
- Track action items, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure progress
- Work closely with teams such as supply chain, quality, device, packaging, and labeling
- Assist with preparing concise project updates for stakeholders
- Use tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and SAP ERP to maintain schedules and project documents
- Navigate a matrixed environment to gather information, follow up, and keep work moving
What We’re Looking For
Required
- BS degree
- 4–6 years of experience in biotech, medical device, or pharmaceutical environments
- Experience in combination products, medical devices, or pharma packaging
- Familiarity with MS Project, Smartsheet, and SAP ERP
- A structured working style with strong organization
- Comfort working onsite, independently, and in a client-facing environment
Nice-to-Have
- Project management experience
