Pioneer Fibers, Inc. located in Elk Grove Village, IL has an opening for a Yard Spotter/Yard Truck Driver. This is a non-CDL position.
The hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Ability to follow directions
- Drive safely at our site
- Safely Reverse trailers /containers into position on docks and in the yard
- Scale loads and complete necessary paperwork
- Takes photos of export and special loads per customer requirements when required
- Crank trailer dolly’s up and down
- Pre and Post trip inspections
- Directs traffic as required
- Completes daily inventory of trailers on the property
- Adheres to and follows company safety rules
- Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trailers during downtime
Qualifications:
- Good communication Skills
- Clean driving record
- Pass drug screen
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, stand and climb
- Must have professional appearance and conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 to 3 years’ full time driving or yard spotter experience
