Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about planning, organizing, and delivering projects successfully.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support project execution, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate daily project activities across teams and stakeholders
  • Track progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time
  • Identify risks or delays and communicate appropriately
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, team members, and leadership
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status trackers
  • Assign tasks to project team members and support them as needed
  • Participate in project review meetings and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0–4 years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Certifications like CAPM, PMP, or Agile (optional but a plus)

Work Authorization 

This role is open to candidates with the following U.S. work authorization types:

  • OPT EAD (Preferred for recent graduates)
  • CPT (for students in final semesters)
  • Green Card holders (Permanent Residents)
  • U.S. Citizens
