Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about planning, organizing, and delivering projects successfully.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support project execution, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate daily project activities across teams and stakeholders
- Track progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time
- Identify risks or delays and communicate appropriately
- Provide regular project updates to clients, team members, and leadership
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status trackers
- Assign tasks to project team members and support them as needed
- Participate in project review meetings and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–4 years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Certifications like CAPM, PMP, or Agile (optional but a plus)
