We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is part-time, covering our Johnson office in the afternoon hours from 1 pm to 5 pm. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and in person to provide product and service information
- Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Resolve service or billing issues by processing exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments
- Complete service-related documentation such as contracts, address changes, and service orders
- Utilize computer systems to process and maintain customer account information
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company service standards
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of related customer service experience or an associate’s degree preferred
