Job Summary
Pioneer College Caterers at John Brown University is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for our Pots & Pans area. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position is a full-time, split shift, Monday - Friday, 10:45 am - 2:30 pm & 4:45 pm - 8:00 pm.
Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and recyclables
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
