**Duties:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals in accordance with established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Serve food efficiently while providing friendly and professional customer service.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Skilled in meal preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and food presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
