Entertainer Motorcoach Driver

We are seeking a dedicated Entertainer Motorcoach Driver to join our team. If you have a passion for driving, excel at keeping things running smoothly, and work well with others, you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Driving: Safely transport musicians, crew members, and equipment through varied terrain and weather conditions.
• Maintenance: Perform light maintenance and daily DOT pre-trip inspections.
• Cleanliness: Keep the bus interior in tip-top shape. A clean bus is a happy home!
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients. As the face of the company on the road, a friendly and professional demeanor is a must.
• Flexibility: Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible when plans change unexpectedly.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise on the road with a calm and proactive approach. Collaborate effectively with clients, drivers, office and maintenance staff, and others.
• Technical Proficiency: Operate electronic devices and software such as ELDs, email, and Google Drive.
• Privacy: Maintain client confidentiality. This is their home away from home, and their privacy is paramount.
• Compliance: Adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Navigation: Plan and follow routes, staying informed of road and weather conditions.

Basic Qualifications:

• CDL: Class A or B CDL with the P (passenger) endorsement. Class A CDLs are preferred because you may need to pull a trailer!
• Experience: 2 years in buses within the previous 5 years, verifiable through employer records or payroll documents such as paystubs and W2s.
• Passport: Full-time drivers must hold a valid passport with no restrictions for entry into Canada; exceptions to this requirement may be made in some circumstances and for co-drive applicants.
• Age: 25 years or older.
