About the Opportunity
The Marketing and Communications Manager works closely with Senior Management and various departments in the Company to tell the story of Pioneer’s work through various platforms and mediums. The position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer and employee engagement, and support business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Brand Management
- Manage and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing collateral and communications.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging.
Content Development
- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including digital media, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Generate content for thought leadership purposes.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Public Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers.
- Plan and execute public relations campaigns to generate positive media coverage.
- Prepare and distribute press releases and other communication materials.
Event Management
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote brand visibility.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations.
Internal Communications
- Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure alignment with external messaging.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
