The Lamination Covercoat Operator applies Final Layer Covercoat and stiffeners and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader direction, Traveler information, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
Please Note: The available work schedule consists of 3rd Shift hours (12:30am - 7:30am); however, training will take place during the 1st shift (7:30am - 4:00pm).

What You'll Do:
- Applies Final Layer Cover coat and stiffener
- Evaluates and performs jobs that are complex requiring different types of stiffeners, Final Layer Covercoat, layer bonding and long cables for special projects
- Inspects layers that require rework process
- Performs all other duties as needed
- Cross train in Die Cut
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to read and understand documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions, and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with manufacturing tools, parts, equipment and materials
- Knowledge with all materials associated with Lamination Covercoat processes
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing experience is preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Training Schedule: 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Regular Schedule is 3rd Shift: 12:30am to 7:30am (Qualifies for Premium Pay)
- Overtime and Weekends as required
- Please Note: Successful candidate must be available to train during 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00PM)
