We are starting a mobile tire service business that brings professional tire mounting, balancing, and repair directly to our customers’ homes and workplaces. Our team will operate out of a fully equipped service trailer, saving customers time while delivering top-quality service. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mobile Tire Service Technician to be a founding member of our team and be part of redefining convenience in automotive care in the Sun Valley area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tire services at customer locations, including:
• • Mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires
  • Flat tire repair (plug/patch)
  • Tire rotations
  • Valve stem replacement and TPMS service
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety issues; make service recommendations.
• Safely operate and maintain tire mounter, balancer, and related tools/power equipment in a mobile service trailer.
• Drive service vehicle/trailer to customer sites in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
• Deliver a “white glove” experience for customers, ensuring care for customer vehicles and property.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of tools, equipment, and service trailer.
• Maintain accurate service records and payment processing (as needed).

Qualifications

• Prior experience in tire service, automotive repair, or related field preferred (training available).
• Ability to mount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service mindset – friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Flexible schedule – may include weekends or evenings depending on demand.
