- Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
- Complete all required Training Certification and OEM/brand technician training
- Update work order status in a timely manner
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an appliance repair technician, including sealed system proficiency
- EPA (refrigerant handling) certification is required
- Ability to use basic hand tools and industry diagnostic and repair equipment (Volt-ohm meter, Amprobe, CO detector, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 5-10 years of driving experience
- Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets that may be present in the customers’ homes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in ServiceDesk or similar reporting systems
