From washing plates and glassware to maintaining equipment and supporting the culinary team, you’ll ensure our chefs and servers always have what they need to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean and sanitize all plates, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Keep the kitchen stocked and flowing by returning clean items to their proper places quickly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist with kitchen support tasks such as basic prep, stocking deliveries, or transporting items as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to keep the kitchen safe and efficient.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to anticipate needs during high-volume service.
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant preferred (but we’ll train the right candidates with a great attitude).
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have AZ Food Handlers certificate or ability to obtain.
