We’re currently looking for a dedicated Catering and Events Server to join our dynamic team and help us continue our mission of delivering joy through food and service.

Position Summary:

As a Catering and Events Server, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our clients. You will support events from prep to execution and breakdown — ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event prep and staging at our headquarters

• Transport food and supplies to event venues

• Set up foodservice areas, buffet stations, and presentation displays

• Serve food and beverages to guests with a positive, friendly attitude

• Clean up after events and return equipment to our offices

• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times

• Remain composed and professional in fast-paced environments

• Anticipate guests’ needs and go above and beyond in service delivery

• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and behavior

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable transportation to and from events

• Must wear appropriate protective clothing (non-slip shoes required)

• Fast-paced, high-energy events

• Physically active role requiring frequent lifting and movement

• Indoor and outdoor work depending on the event location
