Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain vending machines, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and functioning properly according to company standards
• Drive commercial trucks safely along designated routes to deliver products and replenish vending machines at various client locations
• Conduct routine inspections of vending equipment to identify issues such as pricing errors or mechanical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or coordinate repairs with technicians
• Manage inventory levels by organizing warehouse stock, performing heavy lifting with safe practices, and accurately recording product movements using basic math skills
• Upsell additional products or services during client interactions to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
• Organize merchandise displays in retail stores or client locations to optimize product visibility and sales potential
• Adhere to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during route driving, including proper documentation and vehicle safety checks
• Build positive relationships with clients through clear communication, prompt service, and professional demeanor
• Warehouse Operations: Receive inventory, verify shipments against invoices, and organize stock using first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation.
• Order Picking: Load trucks and crates with the specific beverages, snacks, and fresh food needed for daily routes.

Qualifications

• MUST be able to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record (REQUIRED)
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. (REQUIRED)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routes efficiently
• Basic math skills for pricing adjustments, inventory counts, and transaction processing
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
• Retail store experience or familiarity with merchandising is a plus
• Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial transportation is desirable
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
