What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Marketing Account Manager position at Pintler Group?
Senior Marketing Account Manager: Pintler Group Digital Marketing
We’re looking for some help. Our team is hiring for a pretty critical (to us) role. A senior account manager to elevate our existing client relationships and also help us grow into our future ambition as a company. This is not a position with a well-worn path or playbook. Someone looking to elevate their marketing career while making an immediate impact within our company (agency software) and our clients.
We’re focused on expanding the growing software side of the business, and looking to add to our already strong marketing agency team. Specifically, this person will be reporting to Ana, our Senior Director of Digital Marketing. Momentum is on our side. In the last year, there’s not a single piece of our business that hasn’t been elevated.
Okay, here’s who we're looking for:
Tier One Level Support: We’re in need of someone to help be the point person for onboarding and account management of large (tier one) new clients, and pick up some of our current client load. A combination of “wow” stakeholder management and the ability to roll up your sleeves and build campaigns. Strategy execution.
Content Marketing: We have a lot of internal content needs. Growing our own brand locally, regionally, and nationally. Experience using tools to create professional content that’s fun, adds value, and addresses a specific audience. This includes AI video editing tools and a resume that includes growing social channels in a fun and organic way.
Onboarding New Clients. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for taking clients from the sales team and working with them to fully understand the marketing challenges they’re facing. Recommending the marketing channels to test, and then working with our digital marketing specialist, implementation team, and internship teams to execute the campaigns.
Wowing Clients: You’ve witnessed the chaos. You’ve managed the chaos. Your clients have sent you a Christmas card before.
Additionally:
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with senior client stakeholders, lead meetings, present strategy, and manage sensitive political dynamics.
- Experience leading cross-functional internal teams (designers, specialists, analysts, developers).
- Comfortable owning strategy, execution oversight, and reporting for paid search, paid social, and data/analytics projects.
- Strong foundational understanding of:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads
- GA4, Looker Studio, attribution models
- CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Slate, etc.)
- Landing page strategy, CRO, and content optimization
- Prior experience mentoring or developing junior marketing talent is a strong plus.
Some of the projects we’re currently excited about:
Creating a design system for a roofing conglomerate with companies across the US (and growing)
Running highly targeted connected TV campaigns (among many other things) for the University of Montana
Growing our email list (roughly 50 people per week)
Hosting weekly professional development workshops. Thursdays with _____.
Setting ambitious and achievable goals for growth as a team.
Building software tools and taking them to market:
- RevelForms.com
- GeoFli.com
- Experience.revelforms.com
- Smile Straightener
- AI Reporting Agent (internal reporting automation project)
Some experience doing the following:
Leading large projects. Everything from stakeholder management to rolling up your sleeves and building the campaigns.
Pintler Group: Core Values: the must-haves.
Deliver the Wow:
Everything we do creates measurable value for our clients. Strategy, performance, and creative decisions are driven by what moves the needle.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Operate on the Frontier:
Entrepreneurs. Builders. Doers. Those that choose the path less traveled and are unafraid of change. These are our people.
Focus on Small Wins. Compounded Daily.
Putting energy toward meaningful goals. For our clients. For the charter. For our own development as professionals. Small wins. Compounded daily.
Care Personally. Challenge Directly.
Stolen directly from Kim Scott’s Radical Candor. We hire people we admire and care about their success and career ambitions.
Experiment Relentlessly.
Test, learn, refine, repeat. This mindset accelerates innovation, reduces fear of failure, and increases the likelihood of bold ideas with low downside (extremely) high upside.
Keep it Simple.
The simplest option is often the best option. Minimalist in our approach to solving problems.
